What you receive

Research into one identified product variant, using available sources, including warranty terms, seller or return-policy caveats, and product-information checks when reasonably accessible. Prices and promotions can change. Our analysis is independent and is not a warranty, insurance policy, or endorsement by any seller.

Fulfillment

Not yet accepting payment until the operator sets a realistic delivery timeframe and support address. Once active, the checkout page must clearly state the timeframe before charging a customer. The completed report is delivered to the supplied email address. If the requested research cannot be performed, the operator must provide an appropriate resolution or refund consistent with applicable consumer law.

Refunds and support

For refunds, non-delivery or incorrect orders, contact the operator using the customer-support contact displayed on the live site. Do not enable checkout until this has been configured. Payment processors may take time to settle refunds.

Privacy

Your submitted email, product and research questions are stored in a private order database solely to process and fulfill your report request. Payments are processed by Razorpay; TruthCart does not receive full card details. See Privacy.
